We were excited to learn this morning that one of our largest weddings from last year is now featured on The Well Groomed Groom. A big thank you to Mark Davidson Photography for capturing this wedding so beautifully.
The ceremony and reception were held at The State Room, a Longwood Events venue, located at 60 State Street in Boston. For the ceremony we used the front half of our modern black metal chuppah, and created more of an arch feel, softening the whole look with cream fabric draping and trailing florals. The bride has a vibrant palette of deep raspberries, pinks, and soft touches of peaches and cream to pull the look together.
For the reception we mixed centerpiece styles to bring up an otherwise very large sea of tables. For one design we used our tall blown glass centerpiece topped with a rich collection of in season flowers in the bride’s colors, followed by an accenting trio of gold containers and votives along the base. For our more traditional low centerpiece we pulled in the gold again with a gold urn container richly filled with hydrangeas, dahlias, garden roses, and trailing amaranthus.
